The view from my 11th floor room was magnificent. The breakfast was abundant, fresh, and very tasty. It fuelled me up for my daily touring of the wonderful city of Barcelona. The location was perfect....next to a metro station but in a quiet and safe area of Barcelona. The cleanliness was outstanding, whilst the staff was efficient without being invasive. Particular thanks to the front office leader Lorena. I want to point out something in particular. In one particular day the staff made an error and I immediately complained. It was evident that it was a human error, but the reaction from the front office staff was exceptional. They rectified the matters by taking immediate corrective action. Only God is perfect. All the rest of us make mistakes. However, in the services industry, mistakes can be seen as an opportunity to further impress your clients if you manage to rectify them in an appropriate manner. The staff at the Hampton by Hilton did a textbook case of this situation, and they came out with flying colours. I definitely recommend this Hotel.

Good breakfast with lots of options. Not exactly gourmet but gets the belly full for sure. Rooms small but comfortable and quiet. Nice, basic gym. Location outside the city centre, next to mostly business buildings and other hotels. A good option for those who dont like the busier and noisier parts of town. Very close to the airport, a quick direct metro ride away. A nice shopping mall next door, handy for food and other necessities.

Check in process was great, they were able to give us the room on the spot. The room was clean, quite small, but great for 2 pers. Talked at reception in advance and they gave us a little to go bag with something to eat when leaving as it was too early for breakfast.

Clean. Friendly staff. Had a bag hold room. Good breakfast. Barcelona is a big city. This hotel is a bit far from the city center (tourist areas) we had bikes so getting around was not a problem and loads of fun actually. it is also close to public transportation stations and we saw plenty of bus stops. Next time I go to a large city I don't know I will go to a tour bus site to see which sites where they drive around to get a better sense of scale.

Room was reasonably big (although without a wardrobe for unpacking 2 pieces of carry-on luggage), very clean and pretty quiet. Location is very convenient because it is 5 minutes to the subway. Thanks to the staff for storing our bags the last half-day, which allowed us to fully use all the time of our vacation.
